As a Product Management Intern at MBX Technologies, I focused on improving team workflows and streamlining the process. I worked closely with the design and software engineering teams on a weekly basis to help build systems that were clear, organized, and effective.
I ran weekly stand-up meetings to align on priorities and identify blockers. I implemented a structured peer code review process before changes were pushed live. This helped keep the codebase organized and improved overall code quality.
My focus was on creating simple, effective processes that allowed the team to move faster while staying coordinated.
